Service Description

Whatever the minor job, from a leaky pipe or gutter to a broken handle/ hinge. all the small jobs that you struggle to get a tradesman/builder to do. "I Know A Man" can help. Initial call-out charge is €160 inclusive of VAT and covers the first 1 hour or part thereof. Jobs expected to exceed 3 hours will be moved to a half-day rate of €400, a fee of €80 per hour, VAT inclusive; thereafter, charged at Half-hour increments. (This price includes labour and tools only and excludes any materials necessary, but these materials can be sourced and priced accordingly )
